Clients must provide accurate machinery data and site conditions. Wgglr commits to professional engineering standards. Both parties shall cooperate in good faith to achieve optimal vibration isolation and structural protection.
Wgglr’s liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost production, downtime, or damage to connected assets beyond our written warranty.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client must pay for all work completed. Wgglr may suspend services immediately for non-payment or breach of terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website.
